Asset.Desk is an asset management software that enables the management and documentation of all hardware and software values ​​during their life cycle. Since 2015 is Asset.Desk one of the few SAM tools certified by KPMG. The system offers mobile support for procurement, goods receipt, inventory, IT operations and disposal as well as REST-based interfaces for integration into various environments such as ERP, ITSM, helpdesk or software distribution solutions. HEINZELMANN Service.Desk is an ITSM tool that enables effective incident and problem management. It captures everything important such as time, personal details, priority level/urgency, problem description and agent overview and supports assigning and reassigning, upgrading and downgrading, forwarding, closing and canceling tickets as well as knowledgebase entries and workflow management. The system offers a high level of process customization, a high degree of customization and a structured and intuitive user interface. Service level agreements are a matter of course and input channels such as a self-service portal, e-mail interface or call-in support are available. The new version of the system offers increased security thanks to the Laravel framework and the latest PHP features.
