Most organizations know what type and number of assets they have procured, but not exactly how they are equipped and where they are located afterwards. However, this knowledge is the condition, for example, for efficient administration, helpdesk, facility management through to value-added processes such as internal cost allocation or license management. Asset.Desk offers one for this central database for managing all assets, IT and furniture. Here's what you can do with Asset.Desk manage:

All assets are stored in a central inventory database and are available to you in real time:

- Individually configurable overview pages for all object groups

- Different tree views through filters
- CMDB on an open, relational database (MS SQL Server)

The photo view creates the basis for a virtual tour of the entire company - from the building to the room, through employees to devices and furniture! Enter a room and see its amenities. With a click you can be taken from the room view to the photos of a PC standing in the room, to its inventory data and back again. By marking objects on photos, you can link employee information, object details or simply the neighboring room.
