The module is a resource planning tool for helpdesk managers and supporters. However, it can also be easily made available to all users via a group right.
Tickets can be opened and edited directly via the calendar entry.
Combined with Asset.Desk device reservations (e.g. for rental devices) can also be displayed via the calendar.
The helpdesk and supporter utilization can be evaluated by the overall overview. The overview of public and personal tasks allows the supporters optimal, personal time management.
Various views are possible, eg by day, week, month, or a list of all appointments for the logged-in user.
