Install Desk
Capture target devices in Install.Desk:
- Discover devices via domain list
- Discover devices by IP range
- Discover devices via Active Directory
Simple transfer with a mouse click from the respective device list.
Distribution of:
- msi packages (These can be parameterized extensively to run standard installations or specially adapted installations)
- Default setups (unattended - by "silent" parameters)
- Snapshots (creation on the reference system, then distribution of the snapshot "silently" on the target systems)
- Batch files and Windows commands
- Entries, changes and deletions in the registry (registry keys)
Installation from a local directory or from a network path (share).

Parameterize the installation:
- Define packages from multiple jobs
- Ask user permission before installing on client
- Notify users after installation is complete
- Specification of the retries
- Force installation despite user refusal when the number of retries is reached

- E-mail notification in case of error
Use variable:
- Environment variables %ProgramFiles%, %windir%, %SystemRoot% can be used in the setup path specification
- Variables %IpAddress% and %HostName% enable the use of the IP address or the host name of the respective client in the installation command
Run installation jobs:
- Immediately after execution
- at the next reboot
- at a specified time in the future
Control installation orders:
- Control station with traffic light function for installation success per target device
- Detailed log (history) of all installation processes on the client
- Log can be exported in various formats (e.g. xls)
