Ticket creation directly with the corresponding contact data of the caller!

When an incoming call is received, the TAPI module shows you directly the associated information about the contact on the phone (such as his existing tickets and assigned devices). With just one click you can then easily and time-savingly create a ticket with all associated data of the caller or edit an existing ticket.

Of course the TAPI module also shows you unanswered calls and offers the possibility of a direct callback!
