Get an overview of:
- open tickets
- Due dates
- Escalation levels and
…today, this week, this month or any other time.
Tickets can be opened and edited directly via the calendar entry.
In conjunction with Asset Desk, the calendar can also be used to display device reservations (e.g. for loan devices).
The helpdesk and supporter workload can be evaluated through the general overview. The overview of public and own tasks enables the supporters to manage their time optimally and personally.
Different views are possible, e.g. by day, week, month, or list of all appointments for the logged in user.
HEINZELMANN CALENDER is a resource planning tool for helpdesk management and supporters. It can also be made available to all users via a group right.
