Data of your assets manually and without Asset.Desk import and manage in the HEINZELMANN!
With the new "Assets" module, you can now manually (and without Asset.Desk) easily via a CSV interface in the HEINZELMANN Service.Desk import. For example, Excel inventory lists and any inventory systems can be connected.

You simply click on "Import" and you will then receive a ready-made Excel list that you can use as a guide. After you complete the list, you can
conveniently upload it to the HEINZELMANN. You can then use the imported assets for any tickets.
It also doesn't matter whether they are IT assets or non-IT assets. Create a new ticket and easily select and add the specific asset from a list.
