When you receive an incoming call, the TAPI module directly shows you the corresponding information about the contact on the phone (such as his existing tickets and assigned devices). With just one click you can then create a ticket with all the caller’s associated data or edit an existing ticket.

Of course, the TAPI module also shows you unanswered calls and offers the possibility of a direct callback!
