In connection with Asset.Desk, device reservations (e.g. for loan devices) can also be mapped via the calendar.
Convenient to use
Tickets can be opened and edited directly via the calendar entry.
Different views are possible, e.g. by day, week, month, or list of all appointments for the logged in user.
The helpdesk and supporter utilization can be evaluated by the overall overview. The overview of public and own tasks enables the supporters an optimal, personal time management.
HEINZELMANN KALENDER is a resource planning tool for helpdesk management and supporters. However, it can also be easily made available to all users via a group right.
