Frequently needed masters
Combined with the module MASTER, you are able to create ticket masters in HEINZELMANN ServiceDesk.
These templates can be used instead of a blank ticket. They help you to create standard events without any effort for the input.
“Printer does not print” or similar recurring messages for your helpdesk are available and if so, even categorized or assigned to a supporter. The tickets can also be completed with documents, devices (if there is a connection to Asset.Desk) and information.
Besides you can create tickets automatically and time controlled for recurring events, just like a daily change of a band for the data backup. By doing this, HEINZELMANN is able to commemorate you to important to dos or milestones of processes proactively.
