When an incoming call is received, the TAPI module directly displays the corresponding information about the contact on the telephone (such as its existing tickets and associated devices).
With just one click, you can simply create a ticket with all associated data from the caller or edit an already existing ticket. It saves you a lot of time.
Of course, the TAPI module also shows you unanswered calls and offers the possibility to call directly!
