In order to provide you with even better support when working with orders, among other things, we have added the "Purchasing" area in Asset.Desk supplemented and expanded with numerous useful functions.
Profiles can now be created in the Active Directory Loader. For each profile, you define which master data is to be transferred with which settings – time-controlled or manually.
New features:
Custom Fields - Now also for transactions in purchasing
You can now also add your custom fields to processes individually. As usual, you can also define groups or your own tabs for your own fields. So you always have your additional information on processes in view.
A brief introduction to further innovations for shopping:
- Display of the employee responsible for the cost center in the request for quotation, order and process.
- Export of the positions of an order in any format, including Excel, csv, pdf.
- Printing of the positions of an order with a preview.
- Changing the order of the order items using the "Up" and "Down" buttons (sorting).
- New creation of an item directly when editing the order item.
- Subsequent input of the invoice number and the invoice date: This is then transferred to all delivered objects and components.
- Own applications can now also be defined for processes and started at the process using the button.
Active Directory Loader - New flexibility through profiles
In the new profiles for the Active Directory Loader, you determine which OUs or groups are to be adopted when the profile is selected. In addition, you decide for each profile whether the standard settings or different settings are to be used for the master data transfer. A separate time control can also be stored for each profile in order to automate the transfer of the master data from the Active Directory for each profile.
You can define different profiles for different transfer scenarios of data from the Active Directory and gain a new level of flexibility.
