FCS awarded as champion!

The IT market research and consulting company techconsult GmbH presents Fair Computer Systems with the Champion Award in the categories “Software Asset & License Management” and “IT-Servicedesk”. FCS secures a top position in “Professional User Rating 2020 – IT Operation”.

FCS is champion!

Champion “Software Asset & License Management”

FCS received a top score in the category “Overall product portfolio”, in which it was evaluated how satisfied customers are with the range of complementary solutions for other areas of IT operations and the range of management and integration tools.

The responsible persons of FCS make particularly proud the judgement of the users in the evaluation category “Loyalty”. The respondents confirmed that the manufacturer’s promises about the products were kept, that they would buy the product again and recommend it to others.

Also in the areas “Scope of functions” Asset.Desk scored above average. The solution excelled above all through the possibility of taking a holistic inventory of all software assets via various platforms, including third-party systems and clouds. The automatic determination of the current and future license requirements as well as the comprehensive license reporting additionally convinced the respondents.

The result was rounded off by the excellent assessment in the “User friendliness” area, in which the implementation, usability of the user interface and configurability were examined.

Champion “IT-Servicedesk”

FCS’s HEINZELMANN service desk also emerged as the top candidate in the survey. The Helpdesk was awarded top marks in almost all evaluation criteria.

In the “Innovation” category, the systematic improvement of newly introduced features in particular was rated as a plus point.

FCS’s “Service and Support” also scores with competence, accessibility and successful problem solving.

Customers also agreed in the “Loyalty” area and awarded HEINZELMANN above-average marks of excellence: FCS as the manufacturer kept its promises that you would buy the Service Desk again and recommend the product to others.

The opinion of the respondents was also very good for “Performance”. Performance, reliability and maintenance were among the best rated criteria.

In every respect, the service desk ‘cleaned up’ in the category “User friendliness”, here it convinces in all evaluated points with the best results. Here the aspects implementation, usability of the user interface, configurability and documentation were evaluated.

After the “Introduction” of the HEINZELMANNS, the quality of the IT service has noticeably improved with the customers, whereas the costs and the solution effort could be reducedd.
