FCS awarded as Double Champion   

The IT market research and consulting company techconsult GmbH gives Fair Computer Systems the Champion Award in the areas of "Software Asset & License Management" and "IT Service Desk". FCS secured a place at the top in both categories in the "Professional User Rating 2020 - IT Operations". And in 2021, FCS will once again be at the forefront!

We are particularly proud of the user rating in the "Loyalty" category. The respondents confirmed that the manufacturer's promises about the products were kept, that they would buy the product again and also recommend it to others.

Our product received a top rating in the "Overall product portfolio" category, in which, among other things, it was evaluated how satisfied customers are with the range of supplementary solutions for other areas of IT operations and the range of management and integration tools.

The solution stood out above all due to the possibility of taking a holistic inventory of all software assets across various platforms, including third-party systems and clouds. In the "Innovation" category, the systematic improvement of newly introduced features was rated as a plus.

The "Service and Support" also scores with competence, availability and successful resolution of problems.

The customers were also unanimous in the area of ​​"loyalty" and gave the HEINZELMANN an above-average rating: FCS as the manufacturer kept its promise that you would buy the Service.Desk again and also recommend the product.

The verdict of those surveyed was also very good in terms of "performance". Performance, reliability and maintenance were among the best rated criteria.

The service desk 'cleared up' in every respect in the “User-friendliness” category, where it impressed with the best results in all assessed points. The aspects of implementation, usability of the user interface, configurability and documentation were assessed.
