Asset.Desk can be much more than a classic tool for IT scanning, inventory and asset management. It combines technical, organizational, security-related and commercial information on all company assets in one system. It has a modular structure in order to adapt to the current requirements of a company and to be easily expanded at any time in the event of changes.

The basis for successful IT asset management is the inventory of all hardware and software data in the company, whether physical, virtual, mobile or in the cloud. Intelligent scanners automatically read the required data from the relevant platforms, operating systems and active directories and arrange them in the system. Web-based reservation system / lending system.
RESERVA

Reserva is a web-based reservation system / lending system. It runs in every major browser, is intuitive and has a user-friendly interface. With Reserva Employees in the company or external customers can independently reserve items/resources that are available for loan in the company and then borrow them. It doesn't matter whether it's laptops, projectors, flipcharts, cameras or cars. Rooms can also be used Reserva Reservations.
