Lifecycle performance with KPIs and views

In today's data-driven business environment, organizations of all sizes can gain an advantage by efficiently utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). But how can you convert the mass of available data into actionable information? 

We will present the new Lifecycle Performance to you on EventDay: Asset.Desk determines the essential KPIs from your data and displays them at asset level and across the board per type, location, company code, cost center, etc. The KPIs include, for example, percentage of assets in use, percentage of assets audited, percentage of assets under warranty or with a maintenance contract, age and average age of the assets and others.  

Of course, we know that it is extremely important to have all the essential data in front of you in a clear and visually appealing way, so that you can optimize on the basis of the performance KPIs. Drill-down options, display of trends and history are also important for this. We have developed the Lifecycle Performance View for you, which offers additional functions in addition to the basic features.

We'll show you how to use the KPMG-certified SAM tool Asset.Desk Easily avoid over- and under-licensing, minimize the risk of license violations, reduce out-of-license downtime, and reduce the time spent on license management and proof of compliance. Find out how easy license management can be and how you can quickly get an overview of your license compliance.

All no witchcraft!

However, license management does not only include comparing the actual with the target, it also includes the license agreements and the costs of the licenses and their offsetting. Everything inside Asset.Desk, to budget planning, if desired!

In the contract management part, we will show you how to manage all types of contracts with Asset.Desk capture and manage. With payment plans for the contracts, you control the cash flow management in order to obtain reliable cost planning from the contract obligations.

Software deployment and vulnerability management

Distributing, installing, updating and uninstalling software on large networks is quite a time-consuming process, isn't it?

On the EventDay you will get an overview of Install Desk. Among other things, you will experience live on the software how you create the basis for faster work through uniform revision statuses of all installed applications and at the same time relieve your user helpdesk. We will show you how to form distribution groups and distribution packages and thus ensure and simplify the individual software supply for specific user groups and functional areas.

You will learn how to use Install.Desk's vulnerability management to identify whether there are critical security gaps in your IT, how to then identify vulnerable clients and software and how to easily fix them. And watch out: We also have a great novelty for you on vulnerability management!

We also present the optimized web-based software kiosk - the self-service portal for software management in the company. You will learn how you can use the kiosk to let your employees decide for themselves whether and when they want to install which software applications.

The HEINZELMANN for your ITSM:
New tricks in the user helpdesk and IT service management

Has your colleagues at the service desk been under a lot of stress lately? So that you can keep a calm head, we will provide you with the HEINZELMANN Service.Desk .

Find out how it supports you in recording, documenting and organizing error messages, inquiries, problems or requirements. On the EventDay, however, we are primarily focusing on the new functions that make the software even better, such as the new WYSIWYG editor or the use of text modules and the integration of knowledge base articles in ticket processing. Let yourself be enchanted by HEINZELMANN's magic wand!

Focus topic: customizing!

Has it ever happened to you that you wanted to collect additional data on a ticket, but there was no way to do it? Well, custom ticket types and custom fields are important features that can help you here. We will show you how you can implement this using simple configurations with minimal effort and the TEMPLATE module and let the tool work for you. If time allows, we also look at the customizing of email notifications and the individual branding of the software - all done in just a few clicks!

Customer project: User shop and integration into a procurement workflow up to the final order

In addition, on the EventDay we will again present a customer project that is in the standard of HEINZELMANN and Asset.Desk will enter:
The self-service portal in the workflow management of the HEINZELMANN Service.Desks. The user simply orders what he needs to work himself via a shopping cart. As usual, the subsequent workflow for approval can be individually configured in HEINZELMANN and ends in a table. Any procurement management can now be initiated from there. With our customer, however, the purchase takes over Asset.Desk – and so we then simply have a transfer to the Purchasing in module Asset.Desk created.

The best way to explain this is with an example: Let's assume Franz from accounting needs a second screen for his home office. There will probably be an upper limit for the required screen and a person responsible for the release - but Franz can't care about that with the new function for the time being. With the new shop function, the entire process runs fully automatically. With the on-screen order in the new HEINZELMANN User Shop, a new workflow starts automatically and all further steps (e.g. checks and forwarding to the responsible approver and initiating the order with the supplier) are carried out as if by magic. Of course, those responsible for process management have to make a few settings beforehand so that Frank gets the new screen, but only once as an example for all processes.

We will show you how this works on the upcoming EventDay using a practical example!
