This week we released HEINZELMANN Version 4.3.4.
We have optimized and further developed important features for you.
In the following we would like to introduce you to the main innovations:
- In the ticket, a place from the Asset.Desk-Structure to be saved
- The physical path to the device is now also displayed in the device selection and display in the ticket
- The assignment of several tickets to a master ticket is now possible via collective processing
- The settings of the additional mail accounts have been extended (requires service v5.0.6)
- Added Swiss Francs (CHF) and US Dollars (USD) as currency
- The due date of tickets can now be changed in the calendar module using drag'n'drop
