Security Desk 8.1.1

Good news for all Security.Desk users! Version 8.1.1 is now available and brings with it some exciting updates.

Our innovations for you in detail:

Redesigned SD card monitoring:

The monitoring of SD cards on the client has been revised, the card reader can be released as a unit via the white list, rights are inherited to the SD cards.

Blacklist improvements:

The inverted blacklist of file types when copying to removable storage is now monitored again for Windows 10 higher build number 19045. Due to a change in the Windows kernel, a kernel driver from Security.Desk had to be adapted.

Unlimited export of large lists to xlsx format

In Security.Desk Manager, lists of any size can now be exported to Excel in xlsx format. This innovation removes previous limitations and ensures a smoother and more efficient workflow.

Faster deletion in the device tree:

Deleting multiple marked devices in the tree has been switched to asynchronous processing and is now significantly faster. An efficient update for anyone who wants to save time.

Other minor improvements and bug fixes are included in the new version.
