Success at TOP 100: Ranga Yogeshwar recognizes FCS Fair Computer Systems

 In Press

Überlingen – Ranga Yogeshwar told FCS Fair Computer Systems GmbH from Nuremberg about their success today
in the TOP 100 innovation competition congratulated with a personal video. In addition, the science journalist honored the achievements of this year's TOP 100 companies at a joint online conference this Friday. The reason for this was the TOP 100 final, which was originally planned as a face-to-face event. Ranga Yogeshwar accompanies the innovation competition, which is being held for the 28th time, as a mentor. In the scientific selection process, FCS Fair Computer Systems was particularly impressive in size class A (up to 50 employees) in the "Climate of Innovation" category.

The TOP 100 company portrait published on the occasion of the award states (excerpt):

FCS Fair Computer Systems recognized back in 1999 that digitization is the engine of our time. Since then, this owner-managed system and consulting company has been developing and selling software and special mobile programs for IT and asset management with a total of around 600 customers worldwide.

“The IT industry is subject to constant change. Dealing with the challenges of digitization is part of our company DNA. We deal with it both strategically and operationally," says Managing Director Dr. Jurgen Falk. So that he and his team are always on the ball, 80 percent of the workforce use part of their working time to develop their own ideas. “We have almost no routine tasks. Our employees have to be creative every day. We strengthen their skills and want them to constantly contribute," explains Dr. Falk. The company's success proves it right: the share of innovative improvements over the past three years in its current turnover is a proud 50 percent.
