FCS Fair Computer Systems GmbH, founded in 1999, is an independent IT company focused on specification, development and deployment of sophisticated enterprise applications, internet solutions and web-services.

We provide software and IT services based on expertise in business and technology. High quality of all services is ensured by the FCS personnel by providing outstanding technological and economical expertise, complemented by strategic partnerships with industry and science. Solutions developed by FCS meet highest expectations. Depending on individual requirements, MS .NET , PHP, J2EE, or others are used as the technological basis for the FCS solutions.

Focused on the Management of IT Resources

Since 2001, FCS offers leading solutions for the management of IT-resources. Our focus particularly lies on IT inventory, IT asset management as well as solutions for Software Distribution, User Helpdesk and Endpoint Security. All applications are being based on Microsoft .NET. Our software is being developed in Nürnberg, Germany.

It offers an ideal basis for communes and midsized companies to run their business efficiently. In addition to well-known companies such as Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens Enterprise Communications, IVECO Magirus, SWICA health insurance or SEB, also many small and midsized companies, as well as public institutions, regional authorities and local governments are using the FCS IT management solutions successfully.

Inventory, Asset Management and Helpdesk
Our solutions Asset.Desk or Inventory.Desk enable you to collect hard- and software data of your computers in the network by automated scanning whereby all computers will be scanned without manual interaction. The data received are available for numerous IT management tasks, like organization planning, procurement planning, software license management, help-desk information or computer administration. Our solutions are innovative, scalable and cost-efficient.

Endpoint Security
In 2005, FCS started developing solutions for the “security management” which brought up our very successful solution Security.Desk for Endpoint Security on all external hardware interfaces of computers, e.g. security and usage of the USB ports. User rights per hardware interface can be set down to single user accounts. A dash board shows you the current situation of the port usages and possible leaks. The additional solution Disc.Secure provides file container encryption and can either be used “stand alone” or in combination with Security.Desk.

Software Deployment
Install.Desk is a highly functional solution to rollout and install the software applications on the computers of your network from a central console. You define the single deployment jobs simply by using drag & drop; Install.Desk then brings them onto the target devices. Of course, our software deployment tool can be combined with the Software Inventory available with Inventory.Desk.
