At present FCS develops in coordination with a large German car renter a new web based rent system. Technical basis of this system is Microsoft .NET.

All processes of car rent are completely covered, under it reservation, Check-Out, Check-In, invoicing. Tariff determination is flexible and powerful. An integrated workflow management provides the operational processing of hire contracts.

User interface offers all Windows-Standards. A graphical planning table supports in reservation and leasing of the vehicles. Lists and reports can be adjusted.

The System has wide interfaces to pre- and after stored systems, e.g. for transfer of customers and vehicles resp. for forwarding of preassigned billing data. As interface technology particularly web services will be on basis of XML/SOAP.

The System is scaleable from single place solution to centralized ASP-Solution with secured communication via internet. The communication of client and server of the rent system is technical based on “.NET Remoting” which uses optional https(s) or TCP.
